حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِلْحَسَنِ: إِنَّ لِيَ جَارًا مِنَ الْخَوَارِجِ مَاتَ، أَأَشْهَدُ [١]جِنَازَتَهُ ؟ قَالَ: أَخَرَجَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ ؟ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: لَا. قَالَ: فَاشْهَدْ جِنَازَتَهُ؛ فَإِنَّ الْعَمَلَ أَمْلَكُ بِهِ مِنَ الرَّأْيِ
