✧ Concerning the Funerals of Men and Women: Those Who Said the Man Is Nearest the Imam and the Women Behind That

حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَاشِدٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ النَّاسُ فِي طَاعُونِ الْجَارِفِ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى جَنَائِزِ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ مُتَفَرِّقِينَ، [قَالَ] [١]: فَجَاءَ جَابِرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ - فِيمَا يَحْسَبُ عَبْدُ رَبِّهِ - فَجَعَلَ النِّسَاءَ أَمَامَ الرِّجَالِ، فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِمْ جَمِيعًا
