حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا مَاتَ فِي الْمَعْرَكَةِ دُفِنَ وَنُزِعَ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ خُفٍّ أَوْ نَعْلٍ، وَإِذَا رُفِعَ وَبِهِ رَمَقٌ ثُمَّ مَاتَ صُنِعَ بِهِ مَا يُصْنَعُ بِالْمَيِّتِ
