أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ:
فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تَمُوتُ مَعَ الرِّجَالِ قَالَ: تُيَمَّمُ ثُمَّ تُدْفَنُ فِي ثِيَابِهَا، [١]وَالرِّجَالُ [٢]مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ
