حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ - خَتَنٌ لِعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ -، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ السُّكَّرِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
لَا يَجْتَمِعُ خَرَاجٌ وَعُشْرٌ فِي أَرْضٍ [وَاحِدٍ] [٢]
