حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُعْتِقُ الْعَبْدَ النَّصْرَانِيَّ، قَالَ: ذِمَّتُهُ ذِمَّةُ مَوَالِيهِ
