حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: حَرْثٌ لِرَجُلٍ دَيْنُهُ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ مَالِهِ فَحُصِدَ، أَيُؤَدِّي حَقَّهُ يَوْمَ حَصَادِهِ ؟ فَقَالَ: مَا نَرَى [٢]عَلَى الرَّجُلِ - دَيْنُهُ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ مَالِهِ - مِنْ صَدَقَةٍ فِي مَاشِيَةٍ [٣]، وَلَا فِي أَصْلٍ إِلَّا أَنْ يُؤَدِّيَ حَقَّهُ يَوْمَ حَصَادِهِ يَوْمَ يَحْصُدُهُ
