أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَغُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ يَقُولُ: جَاءَ سَهْلُ بْنُ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ إِلَى مَجْلِسِنَا، فَحَدَّثَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
إِذَا خَرَصْتُمْ فَخُذُوا وَدَعُوا الثُّلُثَ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجُدُّوا الثُّلُثَ فَالرُّبُعَ
