ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بُعِثَ إِلَيْهِ بِزَكَاةٍ مِنَ الْعِرَاقِ إِلَى الشَّامِ فَرَدَّهَا إِلَى الْعِرَاقِ
