ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَمُرُّ بِالْعَاشِرِ فَيَأْخُذُ مِنْهُ ؟ قَالَ: يَحْتَسِبُ مَا أَخَذُوا مِنْهُ مِنْ زَكَاةِ مَالِهِ
