عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ صُبَيْحٍ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ مَوْلَى بَنِي عَبْسٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ وَابْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مُكَاتَبٍ لَهُ مَالٌ، أَعَلَى مَالِهِ زَكَاةٌ ؟ قَالَا: لَا
