وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنِ الزَّكَاةِ ؟ فَقَالَ: ادْفَعْهَا إِلَيْهِمْ، ثُمَّ سَأَلْتُهُ بَعْدُ فَقَالَ: لَا تَدْفَعْهَا إِلَيْهِمْ، فَإِنَّهُمْ قَدْ أَضَاعُوا الصَّلَاةَ
