أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
يُؤْخَذُ مِنَ النَّخْلِ وَالْمَاشِيَةِ، فَأَمَّا الْمَالُ فَحَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ. يَعْنِي: مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ
