وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ عَنْ مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ فِيهِ زَكَاةٌ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، وَلَوْ كَانَ عِنْدِي مَا زَكَّيْتُهُ
