عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
يَجْمَعُ الشَّاءَ فَيَأْخُذُ صَاحِبُ الْغَنَمِ الثُّلُثَ مِنْ خِيَارِهِ، وَيَأْخُذُ صَاحِبُ الصَّدَقَةِ مِنَ الثُّلُثَيْنِ حَقَّهُ
