وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ تَكُونُ لَهُ أَرْبَعُونَ شَاةً فِي الْمِصْرِ يَحْلُبُهَا [٣]قَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ صَدَقَةٌ
