Then the year 354 AH began
وَفِي نَيْسَانَ: جَاءَ بَرَدٌ كِبَارٌ جِدًّا، حَكَى بَعْضٌ مَنْ يُوثَقُ بِهِ أَنَّهُ وَزَنَ بَرَدَةً فَكَانَ فِيهَا مِائَةُ دِرْهَمٍ.
Translation
✧ In Naysān (April), there came very large hail. Some trustworthy person related that he weighed a hailstone, and it weighed one hundred dirhams.
