Then the year 352 AH began
وَفِيهَا عُزِلَ ابْنُ أَبِي الشَّوَارِبِ عَنْ قَضَاءِ بَغْدَاذَ ، وَتَقَلَّدَ مَكَانَهُ أَبُو بِشْرٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ أَكْثَمَ، وَعُفِيَ عَمَّا كَانَ يَحْمِلُهُ ابْنُ أَبِي الشَّوَارِبِ مِنَ الضَّمَانِ عَنِ الْقَضَاءِ، وَأَمَرَ بِإِبْطَالِ أَحْكَامِهِ وَسِجِلَّاتِهِ.
Translation
✧ In this year, Ibn Abī al-Shawārib was removed from the judiciary of Baghdādh, and Abū Bishr ʿAmrū b. Aktham took his place. He was pardoned for the guarantee that Ibn Abī al-Shawārib had carried for the judiciary, and he ordered the nullification of his rulings and registers.
