Then the year 348 AH began
وَفِيهَا غَزَتِ الرُّومُ طَرَسُوسَ وَالرُّهَا، فَقَتَلُوا وَسَبَوْا، وَغَنِمُوا وَعَادُوا سَالِمِينَ.
Translation
✧ In this year, the Byzantines raided Ṭarsūs and al-Ruhā, killing, taking captives, gaining booty, and returning safely.
