مَا بَيْنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ مِنَ السِّنِينَ رَوَى أَبُو صَالِحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ بَيْنَ آدَمَ إِلَى نُوحٍ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ أَلْفَا سَنَةٍ وَمِائَتَا سَنَةٍ، وَبَيْنَ نُوحٍ إِلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ أَلْفٌ وَمِائَةٌ وَثَلَاثٌ وَأَرْبَعُونَ سَنَةً، وَمِنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِلَى مُوسَى خَمْسُمِائَةٍ وَخَمْسٌ وَسَبْعُونَ سَنَةً، وَمِنْ مُوسَى إِلَى دَاوُدَ خَمْسُمِائَةٍ وَتِسْعٌ وَسَبْعُونَ [ سَنَةً ] وَمِنْ دَاوُدَ إِلَى عِيسَى أَلْفٌ وَثَلَاثٌ وَخَمْسُونَ [ سَنَةً ]، وَمِنْ عِيسَى إِلَى مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ سِتُّمِائَةِ سَنَةٍ . وَقَالَ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ: بَيْنَ آدَمَ إِلَى نُوحٍ أَلْفٌ وَمِائَتَا سَنَةٍ، وَمِنْ نُوحٍ إِلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ أَلْفٌ وَمِائَةٌ وَاثْنَتَانِ وَأَرْبَعُونَ سَنَةً، وَمِنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِلَى مُوسَى خَمْسُمِائَةٍ وَخَمْسٌ وَسِتُّونَ سَنَةً، [ وَبَيْنَ مُوسَى وَدَاوُدَ خَمْسُمِائَةٍ وَتِسْعٌ وَسِتُّونَ سَنَةً ] وَمِنْ دَاوُدَ إِلَى عِيسَى أَلْفٌ وَثَلَاثُمِائَةٍ وَسِتٌّ وَخَمْسُونَ سَنَةً، وَمِنْ عِيسَى إِلَى مُحَمَّدٍ سِتُّمِائَةِ سَنَةٍ. وَقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي خَيْثَمَةَ: مُنْذُ خَلَقَ اللَّهُ آدَمَ إِلَى أَنْ بَعَثَ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ خَمْسَةُ آلَافِ سَنَةٍ وَثَمَانِمِائَةِ سَنَةٍ
Translation
✧ The years between the prophets Abū Ṣāliḥ narrated, from Ibn ʿAbbās, who said: Between Adam and Nūḥ (peace be upon them) there were one thousand two hundred years, and between Nūḥ and Ibrāhīm (peace be upon them) one thousand one hundred and forty-three years, and from Ibrāhīm to Mūsā five hundred and seventy-five years, and from Mūsā to Dāwūd five hundred and seventy-nine [years], and from Dāwūd to ʿĪsā one thousand and fifty-three [years], and from ʿĪsā to Muḥammad ﷺ six hundred years. Ibn Isḥāq said: Between Adam and Nūḥ there were one thousand two hundred years, and from Nūḥ to Ibrāhīm (peace be upon them) one thousand one hundred and forty-two years, and from Ibrāhīm to Mūsā five hundred and sixty-five years, [and between Mūsā and Dāwūd five hundred and sixty-nine years], and from Dāwūd to ʿĪsā one thousand three hundred and fifty-six years, and from ʿĪsā to Muḥammad six hundred years. Ibn Abī Khaythamah said: From the time Allah created Adam until He sent Muḥammad ﷺ was five thousand eight hundred years.
