Then the year 339 AH began
فِي هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ لَيْلَةَ يَوْمِ السَّبْتِ رَابِعَ عَشَرَ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ، طَلَعَ الْقَمَرُ مُنْكَسِفًا، وَانْكَسَفَ جَمِيعُهُ.
Translation
✧ In this year, on Saturday night, the fourteenth of Dhū al-Ḥijjah, the moon rose eclipsed, and it was entirely eclipsed.
