Then the Year 330 AH Began
فِي هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ صُرِفَ بَدْرٌ الْخَرْشَنِيُّ عَنْ حَجَبَةِ الْخَلِيفَةِ، وَجُعِلَ مَكَانَهُ سَلَامَةُ الطُّولُونِيُّ.
Translation
✧ In this year, Badr al-Kharshanī was dismissed from the office of ḥājib (chamberlain) of the Caliph, and Salāmah al-Ṭūlūnī was appointed in his place.
