The Year 216 AH
وَفِيهَا غَضِبَ الْمَأْمُونُ عَلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ هَاشِمٍ، ( وَوَجَّهَ عُجَيْفًا وَأَحْمَدَ بْنَ هَاشِمٍ )، وَأَمَرَ بِقَبْضِ أَمْوَالِهِ وَسِلَاحِهِ.
Translation
✧ In this year, al-Maʾmūn became angry with ʿAlī b. Hāshim, and he dispatched ʿUjayf and Aḥmad b. Hāshim, and he ordered the seizure of his wealth and his weapons.
