حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ عِيسَى ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ جَامِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ

«إِذَا بُخِسَ الْمِيزَانُ حُبِسَ الْقَطْرُ وَإِذَا كَثُرَ الزِّنَا كَثُرَ الْقَتْلُ وَوَقَعَ الطَّاعُونُ وَإِذَا كَثُرَ الْكَذِبُ كَثُرَ الْهَرْجُ»
