✧ al-Fitn wal-Malahim - Hadith of Abu Huraira

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ أَنْبَأَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ إِيَاسٍ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ صُحَارٍ الْعَبْدِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يُخْسَفَ بِقَبَائِلَ مِنَ الْعَرَبِ فَيُقَالُ مَنْ بَقِيَ مِنْ بَنِي فُلَانٍ

Translation

✧ The Hour will not be established until some tribes of the Arabs are swallowed up by the earth, and it will be said: 'Who remains of the Banu so-and-so?'

  • قَالَ «فَعَرَفْتُ حِينَ قَالَ قَبَائِلَ أَنَّهَا الْعَرَبُ لِأَنَّ الْعَجَمَ تُنْسَبُ إِلَى قُرَاهَا» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ صحيح
