حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ ثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

«مِنِ احْتَجَمَ يَوْمَ الْأَرْبِعَاءِ وَيَوْمَ السَّبْتِ فَرَأَى وَضَحًا فَلَا يَلُومَنَّ إِلَّا نَفْسَهُ»
