فَحَدَّثْنَاهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْعَدْلُ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ أَنْبَأَ سَعِيدٌ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ أَبِي صَالِحٍ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ خَيْرًا عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
«إِنْ شَرِبُوا الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبُوا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبُوا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبُوا الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ»
