أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْعَدْلُ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ذَكَرَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الَّذِي يَأْتِي الْبَهِيمَةَ «اقْتُلُوا الْفَاعِلَ وَالْمَفْعُولَ بِهِ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص

✧ From Ibn Abbas: He mentioned that the Prophet ﷺ said concerning the one who has intercourse with a beast: 'Kill the doer and the one to whom it is done.' Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in the Talkhis.
