أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ وَأَبُو يَحْيَى السَّمَرْقَنْدِيُّ قَالَا ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الْإِمَامُ ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنْبَأَ مَخْلَدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ الْجَزَرِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ
«اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ وَالْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ»
