حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ الْبَزَّارُ ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ ثنا شُعْبَةُ وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي بِهَمْدَانَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دِيزِيلَ ثنا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ أَنَّ أَبَا عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيَّ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ بِلَالٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ
«لَا تَسْبِقْنِي بِآمِينَ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَأَبُو عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيُّ مُخَضْرَمٌ قَدْ أَدْرَكَ الطَّائِفَةَ الْأُولَى مِنَ الصَّحَابَةِ وَهَذَا بِخِلَافِ مَذْهَبِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ فِي التَّأْمِينِ لِحَدِيثِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا قَالَ الْإِمَامُ {وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ} [الفاتحة 7] فَقُولُوا آمِينَ « وَفُقَهَاءُ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ قَالُوا بِحَدِيثِ سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ» إِذَا أَمَّنَ الْإِمَامُ فَأَمِّنُوا على شرطهما
