أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهُ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْقَارِئُ قَالَا ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ صَالِحٍ الْوُحَاظِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ السَّكُونِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مَالِكَ بْنَ أُدَىٍّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ يَقُولُ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ

«أَلَا إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَبْقَ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا مِثْلُ الذُّبَابِ تَمُورُ فِي جَوِّهَا فَاللَّهَ اللَّهَ فِي إِخْوَانِكُمْ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقُبُورِ فَإِنَّ أَعْمَالَكُمْ تُعْرَضُ عَلَيْهِمْ»

✧ “Indeed, nothing remains of this world except the like of a fly buzzing in its air. So fear Allah, fear Allah regarding your brothers among the people of the graves, for your deeds are presented to them.”
