حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

مَا مِنْ عَمَلِ يَوْمٍ إِلَّا وَهُوَ يُخْتَمُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَا لَيْلَةٍ إِلَّا وَهُوَ يُخْتَمُ عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى إِذَا حِيلَ بَيْنَ الْعَبْدِ وَبَيْنِ الْعَمَلِ قَالَ الْحَفَظَةُ يَا رَبَّنَا هَذَا عَمَلُ عَبْدِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحَالَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْعَمَلِ وَأَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ

✧ There is no deed of a day except that it is sealed upon it, and no night except that it is sealed upon it. Then, when the servant is prevented from deeds, the recording angels say, "O our Lord, this is the deed of Your servant before he was prevented from deeds, and You are most knowing of it."
