أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الصَّفَّارُ أَنْبَأَ أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثَنَا أُسَيْدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ الْحَمَّالُ ثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«إِنْ كَانَ فِي شَيْءٍ مِمَّا تَدَاوَوْنَ بِهِ شِفَاءٌ فَشَرْطَةُ مُحْجِمٍ أَوْ شَرْبَةُ عَسَلٍ أَوْ كَيَّةٌ تُصِيبُ وَمَا أُحِبُّهُ إِذَا اكْتَوَى»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If there is any healing in what you apply as a treatment, then it is in cupping, a drink of honey, or branding (cauterization) with fire, but I do not like to be cauterized."
