✧ There are servants of Allah who are neither prophets nor martyrs, yet the prophets and martyrs will envy them on the Day of Resurrection for their nearness to Allah, the Exalted, and their place with Him.' A bedouin knelt on his knees and said: O Messenger of Allah, describe them to us and make them known to us. He said: 'They are people from among the common folk of various tribes who were truthful to one another for the sake of Allah and loved one another for His sake. Allah ﷻ will place for them on the Day of Resurrection pulpits of light. The people will be afraid, but they will not be afraid. They are the friends of Allah ﷻ, upon whom there is no fear, nor shall they grieve.'
