✧ The messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever drinks wine and becomes intoxicated by it, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days. If he drinks it again until he becomes intoxicated, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days. If he drinks it a third time until he becomes intoxicated, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days. If he drinks it a fourth time and becomes intoxicated, then it is rightful for Allah to make him drink from the pus of Hell." It was asked, "What is the pus of Hell?" He ﷺ said, "It is the discharge of the people of Hell."
