حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْهِلَالِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْعَدَنِيُّ ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مَعْنٍ الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ مَوْلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ

عَلَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ أَقُولَ عِنْدَ آذَانِ الْمَغْرِبِ «اللَّهُمَّ هَذَا إِقْبَالُ لَيْلِكَ وَإِدْبَارُ نَهَارِكَ وَأَصْوَاتُ دُعَاتِكَ فَاغْفِرْ لِي»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught me to say at the call to Maghrib prayer: “O Allah, this is the approach of Your night and the retreat of Your day, and the voices of Your callers; so forgive me.”
