أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْعَدْلُ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

افْتَخَرَتِ الْأَوْسُ وَالْخَزْرَجُ فَقَالَتِ الْأَوْسُ مِنَّا مَنْ أُجِيزَتْ شَهَادَتُهُ بِشَهَادَةِ رَجُلَيْنِ خُزَيْمَةُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ

✧ The Aws and the Khazraj boasted to each other, and the Aws said, "Among us is one whose testimony was deemed equivalent to the testimony of two men: Khuzaymah b. Thābit."
