أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ ثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ ثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ
«قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي النَّخْلَةِ وَالنَّخْلَتَيْنِ وَالثَّلَاثِ فَيَخْتَلِفُونَ فِي حُقُوقِ ذَلِكَ فَقَضَى أَنَّ لِكُلِّ نَخْلَةٍ مُبْلَغَ جَرِيدِهَا حَرِيمًا»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled regarding a single palm tree, two palm trees, and three, when they dispute over the rights of that: he ruled that for every palm tree, the extent of its fronds is a protected zone.
