حَدَّثَنَا بِصِحَّةِ مَا ذَكَرْتُهُ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ ثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا فَزَارَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَزَوَّجَهَا حَلَالًا وَبَنَى بِهَا حَلَالًا بَنَى بِهَا بِسَرِفٍ وَمَاتَتْ بِسَرِفٍ فِي اللَّيْلَةِ الَّتِي بَنَى فِيهَا وَكَانَتْ خَالَتِي فَنَزَلْتُ فِي قَبْرِهَا أَنَا وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَلَمَّا وَضَعْنَاهَا فِي اللَّحْدِ مَالَ رَأْسُهَا فَأَخَذْتُ رِدَائِي فَجَمَعْتُهُ فَوَضَعْتُهُ عِنْدَ رَأْسِهَا فَأَخَذَهُ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَرَمَى بِهِ وَوَضَعَ عِنْدَ رَأْسِهَا كَذَّانَةً» قَالَ «وَكَانَتْ حَلَقَتْ فِي الْحَجِّ وَكَانَ رَأْسُهَا مُجَمَّمًا وَبَيْنَ سَرِفٍ وَمَكَّةَ اثْنَا عَشَرَ مِيلًا»

✧ "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ married her while he was not in ihram and consummated the marriage with her while not in ihram. He consummated it with her at Sarif, and she died at Sarif on the night in which he consummated the marriage. She was my maternal aunt, so I and Ibn 'Abbas descended into her grave. When we placed her in the niche, her head tilted, so I took my cloak, folded it, and placed it by her head. Ibn 'Abbas took it and threw it away, and he placed a piece of limestone by her head." He said, "She had shaved her head during the Hajj, and her hair was gathered up. Between Sarif and Makkah there are twelve miles."

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ «وَقَدِ انْطَلَقَ هَذَا الْإِسْنَادُ الصَّحِيحُ بِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَزَوَّجَهَا حَلَالًا فَأَمَّا أَخْبَارُ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَإِنَّهَا نَاطِقَةٌ أَنَّهُ ﷺ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ»
