حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ بَالَوَيْهِ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ جَدِّي مُصْعَبِ بْنِ ثَابِتِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ كَرِيزٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ
«مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ»
