✧ When Allah accepted the repentance of Abu Lubabah, Abu Lubabah said, 'I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I will abandon the dwellings of my people in which I committed the sin, and I will divest myself of all my wealth as charity for Allah ﷻ and His Messenger ﷺ." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Abu Lubabah, a third will suffice you."' He said, 'So I gave a third in charity.' Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in the Talkhis.
