أَخْبَرْنَاهُ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ الزَّاهِدُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَيْثَمٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ قَالَ

«تَيَمَّمَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ عَلَى رَأْسِ مِيلٍ أَوْ مِيلَيْنِ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ فَصَلَّى الْعَصْرَ فَقَدِمَ وَالشَّمْسُ مُرْتَفِعَةٌ وَلَمْ يُعِدِ الصَّلَاةَ»

Translation

✧ Ibn Umar performed Tayammum on a mound or two mounds of sand near Al-Madinah, then he prayed Asr, and he arrived while the sun was still high, and he did not repeat the prayer.
