✧ Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said regarding the Night of Decree: "Whatever you have been able to ascertain, seek it in the last ten nights. And in which odd night do you see it?" Some of them said: 'The ninth night', some said 'The seventh night', and some said 'The fifth night' and 'The third night'. He said, "What is wrong with you, Ibn Abbas, that you do not speak?" I said, "If you wish, I will speak." He said, "I did not call you except for you to speak." So I said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Indeed, Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, mentions the number 'seven' most.' He said: 'The heavens are seven, and the earths are seven.' And he said, 'Indeed, we have split the earth open, so We caused in it grains, grapes, green fodder, olives, dates, and gardens of dense shrubbery, and fruits, and herbage, and palm trees, and gardens of dense shrubbery, as sustenance for you and your livestock.' And the gardens of dense shrubbery are intertwined and each intertwined garden is a garden, and the herbage is whatever the earth has grown that people do not eat.' Umar said, 'Are you amazed that you say the same as this boy who has not reached the age of having wet dreams?' Then he said, 'Indeed, I forbade you from speaking, so when I call you along with them, speak.'"
