حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا أَبُو عُتْبَةَ الْحِمْصِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حِمْيَرٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ قَيْسٍ السَّكُونِيُّ قَالَ
كُنْتُ مَعَ وَالِدِي بِحُوَارِينَ إِذْ أَقْبَلَ رَجُلٌ فَلَمَّا رَآهُ النَّاسُ ابْتَدَرُوهُ قَالَ وَكُنْتُ فِيمَنِ ابْتَدَرَ مَجْلِسَهُ فَقُلْتُ مَنْ هَذَا الرَّجُلُ؟ قَالُوا هَذَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ
