أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْفَقِيهُ بِبُخَارَى ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَعْقِلٍ النَّسَفِيُّ ثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ حَبَّانَ بْنِ أَبِي جَبَلَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ

«مَا عَدَلَ بِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَبِخَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ أَحَدًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ فِي حَرْبِهِ مُنْذُ أَسْلَمْنَا» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
