حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ
عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ «فِيمَنْ شَهِدَ الْخَنْدَقَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ لَوْذَانَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبْدِ عَوْفِ بْنِ غَنْمِ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ النَّجَّارِ وَكَانَ فِيمَنْ يَنْقُلُ التُّرَابَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مَعَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ»

✧ From Ibn Ishaq: Among those who witnessed the Trench was Zayd ibn Thabit ibn al-Dahhak ibn Lawdhan ibn 'Amr ibn 'Abd 'Awf ibn Ghanm ibn Malik ibn al-Najjar, and he was among those who carried earth that day with the Muslims.
