حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رُسْتَةَ ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ
وَسَلَمَةُ بْنُ سَلَامَةَ بْنِ وَقْشٍ وَيُكَنَّى أَبَا عَوْفٍ شَهِدَ الْعَقَبَةَ الْأُولَى وَالْعَقَبَةَ الْآخِرَةَ مَعَ السَّبْعِينَ فِي قَوْلِ جَمِيعِهِمْ وَقَالَ بِأَجْمَعِهِمْ شَهِدَ سَلَمَةُ بَدْرًا وأُحُدًا وَالْخَنْدَقَ وَالْمَشَاهِدَ كُلَّهَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَمَاتَ سَنَةَ خَمْسٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ سَبْعِينَ سَنَةً وَدُفِنَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ
Translation

✧ And Salamah b. Salamah b. Waqsh, whose kunyah was Abu Awf, attended the first Aqabah and the last Aqabah with the seventy, according to all of them. And all of them said: Salamah attended Badr, Uhud, the Trench, and all the expeditions with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He died in the year forty-five, at the age of seventy, and was buried in Madinah.
