سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ سَمِعْتُ الْعَبَّاسَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيَّ سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ مَعِينٍ يَقُولُ ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
«أَنَّ أَبَا سُفْيَانَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ كَانَ أَحَبَّ قُرَيْشٍ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَكَانَ شَدِيدًا عَلَيْهِ فَلَمَّا أَسْلَمَ كَانَ أَحَبَّ النَّاسِ إِلَيْهِ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
