حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَطَّةَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الْجَهْمِ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ
«ثَابِتُ بْنُ قَيْسِ بْنِ شَمَّاسِ بْنِ امْرِئِ الْقَيْسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ خَطِيبُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ شَهِدَ أُحُدًا وَالْخَنْدَقَ وَالْمَشَاهِدَ كُلَّهَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَقُتِلَ يَوْمَ الْيَمَامَةِ شَهِيدًا»
