أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الطَّيِّبِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الزَّاهِدُ ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ الْعَتَكِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الطَّنَافِسِيُّ ثنا وَائِلُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ سَمِعْتُ الْبَهِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ
أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ كَانَتْ تَقُولُ «مَا بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ زَيْدَ بْنَ حَارِثَةَ فِي جَيْشٍ قَطُّ إِلَّا أَمَرَهُ وَلَوْ بَقِيَ بَعْدَهُ لَاسْتَخْلَفَهُ» صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ
